14. Insurance in the “accident and sickness insurance” class is insurance whereby the insurer offers one or more of the following protections:(1) payment of an indemnity in the event of bodily injury, including death, resulting from an accident sustained by an insured;
(2) payment of an indemnity in the event of sickness or disability of an insured;
(3) reimbursement for expenses incurred as a result of the sickness of or an accident sustained by an insured;
(4) reimbursement for expenses incurred for the health care of an insured.
